Returns & Exchanges
All gifts are returnable within six months of purchase for store credit only.
You will be issued a credit slip or credit via email which will be good for redemption within 6 months of receipt with original packaging.
Any specially ordered items will require a 50% non refundable deposit.
Customers are responsible to pay for the shipping on all returned items. It is strongly recommended that any returns by mail UPS or FedEx be insured. Any item returned to us that is damaged will not be exchanged.
Defective Goods or Items Damaged During Transit
All damaged merchandise or defective items that you have received from Giftquest must be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt via email or by speaking to one of us on the phone directly. Giftquest will report and submit the damage claim to the appropriate shipping carrier. Please be sure to keep all packaged materials, including all damaged or broken goods, all inner and outer package materials and any pieces of the merchandise itself. The outer shipping box must also be kept. These items must be available for any inspection made by the shipping carriers. If these items are discarded prior to the approval, the damage claim can be denied. If a claim is denied by the shipping company, due to the discarding of any package goods broken merchandise etc, Giftquest reserves the right to deny your claim and your merchandise will not be replaced. All shipping carriers have strict timelines for submission, rules and regulations. Following our instructions will help ensure the approval and quick and easy replacement of your damaged goods.
